Refund, Return and Exchanges

1. Returns & Refunds
1.1 Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns. However, in the event of damage during shipping or an extenuating circumstance, we are open to discussion.
1.2 If your item arrives damaged, please email us at tntdreamcatchers@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 2 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
1.3 Store credit may be offered in special situations at our discretion. This applies primarily to online orders and excludes custom, or in-person purchases unless under exceptional circumstances.
2. Repairs & Exchanges
2.1 We understand accidents happen, and we’re happy to assess whether a repair is possible for your item. Repairs may include web reweaving, replacing feathers, or fixing gemstone settings.
For Keychains:

Broken split rings can be replaced.

Broken webs can be assessed for repair.
For Dreamcatchers:

Broken webs may be rewoven.

Damaged feathers can be replaced and mailed.
For Feather Earrings:

Feathers or stones can be replaced, where possible.
2.2 Exchanges are only offered in cases where damage occurs due to shipping or events beyond the customer’s control. Products cannot be exchanged for preference changes (style, size, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, or repairs unless otherwise arranged.
3.2 Feather or minor part replacements may be sent through regular mail at no cost.
